Greetings! I'm Elma Carew, proudly anchored in the vibrant city of Galway. As an ICF certified Career & Life Coach, I wear multiple hats with almost 20 years of expertise in diverse sectors, from IT and medical devices to financial services and agriculture. My mission is simple but powerful: to ignite awareness and inspire transformative change through a person-centered approach. By challenging my clients to view things from new perspectives, I help them carve a clear path forward, fostering confidence every step of the way.

 

In 2020, I took the plunge into entrepreneurship, founding my coaching and consulting haven. My passion? Illuminating the way for individuals seeking clarity, direction, and unwavering support.
