About Me

I work at the intersection of people, work and wellbeing, supporting both individuals and organisations to navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.

My background spans over 20 years in HR, leadership and coaching, including senior HR roles across a wide range of sectors. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), the highest level of professional membership within the HR profession. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how organisations really function, how decisions are made and how change impacts people at every level.

Alongside my HR experience, I am an award winning qualified coach with a strong focus on wellbeing. I bring a practical and compassionate approach to my work, helping people think clearly, feel supported and move forward in ways that are realistic and sustainable.

My approach

My work is grounded in real world experience rather than theory alone. I understand the pressures leaders face, the complexity of organisational life and the personal impact that work can have on confidence, health and direction.

Whether I am working with an organisation or an individual, my focus is always on thoughtful support that balances people, performance and wellbeing. I take time to understand context before offering guidance and I tailor my approach to fit what is actually needed.

There are no off the shelf solutions and no one size fits all programmes. Everything I do is shaped by the people I am working with and the environment they are operating in.

Who I work with

I work with organisations across public, private and community sectors, supporting leadership teams, HR and managers through wellbeing programmes, leadership development, HR training and fractional HR support.

I also work one to one with individuals who are navigating career uncertainty, leadership pressure, workplace challenges or broader wellbeing concerns, offering a calm and supportive space to reflect and reset.

A note on values

I believe that sustainable performance comes from clarity, trust and care. My work is guided by respect for people, professionalism and a belief that work can be challenging without being damaging.

I aim to create spaces where people feel heard, supported and empowered to make meaningful change, whether that is within an organisation or within their own lives.
